• Manufacture and inspect highly precise parts while adhering to strict quality standards and keeping an eye on deadlines.
• Carry out the final finishing of the produced parts to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Properly prepare produced parts for further transport according to applicable packaging regulations.
• Play a key role in the separate collection and recording of recyclable materials, actively contributing to our sustainability strategy.
• Maintain SPC error collection cards to identify and implement potential improvements.
• Prepare a performance report documenting our progress and highlighting opportunities for optimization.
• Strictly follow workflow and all safety regulations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Take responsibility for the quality of our products as well as for orderliness and cleanliness at the workplace.
• Knowledge in the field of manufacturing or production.
• Ideally, training in the technical field, which is considered an additional plus.
• German language skills at least at B1 level.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation.
