Your Role: Operator- Fill/Finish (Formulation & Bulk Manufacturing)
As the Operator- Fill/Finish , you will be part of the manufacturing team to deliver high-quality bulk formulations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for advancing bulk manufacturing processes, vessel operations, and ensuring strict adherence to HSE and GMP standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Formulation & Bulk Manufacturing: Perform formulation and bulk manufacturing tasks according to manufacturing instructions. (제조 지시서에 따른 조제/벌크 제조 작업 수행)
- Sterilization & Filtration: Oversee the sterilization of filtration filters and transfer lines, and execute the filtration process. (여과 필터 및 이송 라인의 멸균, 그리고 여과 작업 수행)
- Vessel & Utility Operation: Operate formulation vessels using water for injection (WFI), purified water, plant steam, and pure steam. (주사용수, 정제수, 공장 스팀 및 순수 스팀을 사용하여 조제 탱크 조작 및 운영)
- Quality Inspection & Documentation: Conduct visual inspections (manual or semi-automatic) to remove defective products and maintain accurate batch documentation and production records. (육안 검사를 통한 불량품 제거 및 정확한 배치 문서/생산 기록 유지 관리)
- Compliance & Troubleshooting: Support troubleshooting of process deviations in cooperation with supervisors and comply with HSE and GMP requirements. (공정 일탈 발생 시 문제 해결 지원 및 HSE/GMP 요구사항 준수)
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: Junior college graduate or higher; Major in pharmaceutical engineering, engineering, technology or science preferred. (초대졸 이상; 제약학 또는 이공계 전공자 선호)
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a GMP-related manufacturing environment. (GMP 관련 3년 이상의 경력)
- Top 2 skills: Expertise in bulk formulation/vessel operations and high proficiency in GMP documentation and production records. (벌크 조제 및 탱크 조작 숙련도 및 GMP 생산 기록 작성의 정확성)

- Technical Utility Knowledge: Strong understanding of operating complex utility systems including WFI and pure steam systems. (주사용수 및 순수 스팀 등 유틸리티 시스템 운영에 대한 깊은 이해)

- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and basic instructions provided in English. (SOP/지침 이해 능력 및 기본적인 영문 독해 능력)
