The Opportunity:

We are looking to fill a hybrid position that would require an efficient, detailed and flexible person to be able to provide support in multiple positions to include desktops support, facilities support and security desk support

Responsibilities:

  • Manages incident tickets to resolution, ensure readiness of conference rooms, and will assist in the operations of Voice over IP (VoIP) phones
  • Troubleshoots and resolves basic level system hardware, software and communications problems and aids in performing configurations and adjustments to enhance database file capacity; performs automated and manual backup and restore processes
  • Provides security/front desk support
  • Performs operational facilities management duties to ensure the proper security, health safety, and fire safety tasks in coordination with the facilities manager
  • Ensures facility maintenance issues are addressed.  Conducts routine daily inspections of building related items and to provide recommendations assistance for improving facilities related processes and needs


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have and ACTIVE SECRET clearance.
  • Systems Administration experience
  • Experience for associate/junior level positions may be earned from work or academic pursuits.
  •  Installs, upgrades, configures, tests, maintains and supports operating system software in a production and development environment.
  • Experience in similar type work that may include building maintenance; oversight of a commercial, government, or military facility (including Navy ships).
  • Basic knowledge of DOD/DoN physical security requirements and procedures

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$53,100-$106,300
