Job Responsibilities
- Support the Manager, Operations Support with the implementation of SAP Project System, Sales and Distribution and Timesheet solutions, global template rollouts which include testing, training to key users, pre go-live, post go-live
- Build sound understanding of the systems and to work closely with internal stakeholders to manage and execute projects
- Proactively identify and propose process and/or system enhancements to provide training and user support as required
- Engage and build relationships with various stakeholders to collect business requirements to map requirements, processes, and objectives
- Evaluate, process, and execute system change requests and rectification
- Ensure compliance with business processes and facilitate an efficient and effective company audit
- Provide guidance to team members to meet business objectives and for continual growth and improvements
- To plan, organize, and administer the activities of the department efficiently
- To support any ad-hoc initiatives aimed at optimizing value for the company
Requirements
- Diploma or university degree in appropriate field of study
- Minimum Three years of related work experience
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
- Ability to understand business and finance processes
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Resilient and able to handle ambiguity
