The <b>Operations Specialist (KAM focus)</b> plays a key role in managing and growing Bolt’s fleet partner ecosystem in Germany. The role focuses on <b>Key Account Management</b> — building strong, performance-driven relationships with key fleets through regular business reviews, deal execution, and daily operational support.

In parallel, the position ensures that driver and fleet operations remain compliant with German PHV regulations, supporting Bolt’s reputation as a safe and reliable mobility provider. Working closely with the Senior Operations Specialist, Operations Manager and General Manager, the specialist drives fleet performance, service quality, and city-level growth.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point><b>Key Account Management (Primary Focus):</b> Manage relationships with key fleet partners, including monthly business reviews, commercial negotiations, and performance improvement plans.</point>
- <point>Monitor fleet KPIs (utilization, acceptance rate, ETAs, quality metrics) and implement targeted actions to optimize results.</point>
- <point>Identify growth opportunities within the fleet base and support onboarding of new high-potential partners. Contribute to process improvement, efficiency projects, and scaling best practices across cities.</point>
- <point>Serve as the main contact for strategic accounts, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.</point>
- <point>Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Policy, and Legal teams to align partner performance with Bolt’s broader goals. Coordinate with local authorities on licensing queries and escalate any compliance risks.</point>
- <point>Support smooth driver and fleet onboarding processes and maintain accurate documentation in line with local requirements.</point>

- <point>2–4 years’ experience in operations, account management, or fleet management.</point>
- <point>Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.</point>
- <point>Strong data literacy and ability to translate insights into actions.</point>
- <point>Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).</point>
- <point>Proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.</point>
