Job title: Operations Specialist

About the Opportunity: We’re currently looking for Operations Specialist, and in this role you’ll support day-to-day logistics operations across multiple countries with a strong focus on service performance and visibility. You’ll work across partners, inventory, and distribution to ensure smooth execution, accurate reporting, and proactive issue resolution. The role also contributes to launches, improvements, and cost efficiency through close collaboration with supply chain, logistics, and regional teams.

Location: Warsaw – hybrid – 2 days per week on-site presence required.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

What you will do:

  • Deliver daily logistics support across assigned countries, including performance reporting, KPI tracking, escalation handling, and Monthly Business Review inputs and participation.

  • Partner with 3PLs, warehouses, and carriers to ensure strong service performance, issue resolution, and readiness for Monthly Business Reviews.

  • Support inventory and depot activities such as reconciliations, physical counts, returns, and stock allocation, particularly during supply constraints.

  • Contribute to product launches, packaging changes, and promotional activities in collaboration with Global Supply Chain and local distribution centers.

  • Ensure end-to-end performance visibility & reporting across OTIF, service levels, carrier KPIs, IOD/POD, customer service tickets, and exceptions.

  • Drive operational improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives in close partnership with Logistics and Order-to-Cash teams.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Quality, Finance, Systems, and regional teams, including backup support for invoice audits and accruals.
     

What you need for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field required.

  • 3–5 years of experience in international logistics operations within regional or multi-country environments, including work with 3PLs, warehouses, and carriers required.

  • Strong data management and analytics skills, including warehouse and carrier KPI tracking is required, Power BI experience is an asset.

  • Proficiency with ERP and logistics systems such as SAP, NetSuite, TMS, WMS, EDI, claims, and customer ticketing tools required; NetSuite experience a plus.

  • Solid knowledge of EU logistics requirements, carrier performance management, KPI tracking, and escalation handling required.

  • ability to drive improvements through cross-functional collaboration; fluent English required, additional EU languages an advantage.

Total Rewards:

The gross monthly base salary range for this position is 10 500 PLN – 12 500 PLN. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 12% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
