About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Processor to join the Print Solutions team within our Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations group. This role plays a key part in supporting our document processing and print operations.  

 
In this role, you will:

  • Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
  • Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
  • Collect data and prepare related operational reports
  • Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
  • Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
  • Coordinate projects
  • Furnish information to authorized persons
  • Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
  • Insert or de-inserting envelopes, printing detail sheets, collecting and validating materials, collating and assembling kits, weighing, metering, and sorting envelopes.
  • Perform document preparation, scanning and electronically log jobs


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Shipping & Logistics: Experience: Prior experience with FedEx and UPS processing.
  • Tools/Systems: Experience with ESO Shipping Manager
  • Payments Expertise: Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including PCI compliance, credit/ACH processing, disputes, settlements, and merchant
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. funding.
  • Demonstrated ability to distribute work efficiently across tasks and team workflows
  • Knowledge Management: Ability to document resolutions, processes, and best practices in internal knowledge bases to support organizational readiness and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Multitasking & Efficiency: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Systems Navigation: Comfortable working across multiple computer systems and applications, with the ability to use search tools to locate information quickly.
  • Adaptability: Highly flexible and quick to learn new processes as business needs evolve.
  • Independence: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Expectations:

Schedule: Monday–Friday

  • Training: On the job training and will cover on both shift
  • Primary hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Shift options: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Flexibility is required, as work hours and assigned areas may shift based on business needs.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Standard hours: 17.5 per week.
