Job Summary: This position is located in the Operational Performance Organization (MO) in the Strategy, Business Transformation and Customer Services (M), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). The purpose of this position is to serve as the Operational Performance Administrator and member of the Executive Vice President leadership team with responsibility for planning, managing, and leading programs, systems, and work processes that are necessary to perform the critical mission and support activities.

As a Operations Performance Administrator, you will: Serve as the Operations Performance Administrator and member of the Executive Vice President leadership team with responsibilities for developing, implementing and evaluating all program and policies to ensure the timely delivery of products and programs in support of Bonneville's strategic business objectives Make major recommendation and decisions which have a direct and substantial effect on the program elements managed. Exercise delegated supervisory authorities and responsibilities, directing, coordinating, and overseeing the work and providing similar oversight of contractors when appropriate. Deal with human resources management policy matters affecting the entire organization, with personnel actions affecting key employees, and with other staffing actions having significant impacts. Serve as the overall programmatic advisor and expert consultant to BPA executives in planning, organizing, managing, integrating, and evaluating Asset Management, Business Process Management, Data Governance and Data Analytics programs and activities across BPA. Ensure all program strategy, policies, and operations are fully integrated and coordinated both internally among Executive Vice President organizational elements and with other BPA programs and activities.

Qualifications: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-14, in the Federal service. Specialized Experience is defined as demonstrated leadership guiding initiatives or teams to 1) Plan and evaluate Asset Management, Business Process Management or Data Analytics programs and 2) Develop policies, strategies and long-term plans for power, transmission, and other relates industry programs focused on improving operational performance. "Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
