Perform the daily operations of plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line and distribution operations. Includes Customer Service teams. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Driving distribution and manufacturing teams towards execution of Business Goals using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodology.
- Ensuring sufficient capacity exists to achieve all customer commitments per the OPSI plan.
- Driving Product Quality, Six Sigma, and Lean so that internal business metrics are met.
- Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees.
- Manages a small to medium team of senior professionals as well as others. Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
- Comply with EHS regulations and policies; identify and report any EHS concern and support on corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires significant experience in the Manufacturing & Operation Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
- 5 years of experience with leadership in manufacturing or supply chain role
- Bilingual (English, Spanish)
- Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions

- Master Degree / MBA
- APICS Certification
- Medical Quality Regulatory experience
- EHS / VPP Regulation experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management System / Customer Service / Logistics
