Your Role
Responsible for Operational Excellence Leadership at the plants, designing, documenting, implementing, standardizing, and sharing world-class manufacturing systems; and building and sustaining an Operational Excellence Synergy.
In your daily job, you will be:
- Responsible for Plant Operational Excellence Coordinators
- Responsible for achieving annual budget and operational objectives
- Assure OPEX projects are on track, correctly documented and booked into the system (ECIP)
- Support Operational Disciplines: 5S’s, 1st Hour productivity, Daily pulse meetings, etc.
- Strategic Planning operational and functional process standardization
- New projects design, prove of concept, documentation and training
- Assure Best Practices are effectively shared and quickly deployed (read across)
- OPEX Training Strategy
- Lean Championship
- OPEX Recognition Strategy
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree terminated
- Experience in a management role (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in Lean/CI implementation is required
- Proven track-record of successful project management and managing people
- Result-driven, combined with the ability to achieve results through people
- Coaching local CI resources on performance management, improvement, and development
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
