Through three dynamic 8‑month rotations, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, world‑class training, and the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
Across your rotations, you’ll take on meaningful responsibilities in areas such as:
Manufacturing Operations Supervision
Sourcing & Materials Management (procurement, material flow)
Technical Functions (Lean, manufacturing engineering, process engineering)
Environment, Health & Safety (site operations & EHS support)
You’ll work closely with experienced leaders, contribute to key business projects, and develop both your functional and leadership skills in a fast‑paced environment. Mentorship and coaching are built in every step of the way.
International Experience
At least one rotation will take place outside your home country, within our European network (Ireland, Norway, Netherlands, or the UK). You will experience different cultures, manufacturing environments, and ways of working — all while building a global professional network.

Job Description
Preferred Qualifications & Characteristics:
Basic experience as an intern, or research experience in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain
Relevant Degree or Masters: preference will be given to persons with a major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Environmental Engineering.
Analytical approach and ability to solve problems in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with all levels of the organization showing a growth mindset, transparency.
A strong commitment to an international career in supply chain.
Language skills – fluency in English is a requirement; Norwegian, or Dutch is an advantage, but not a necessity.
A sense of curiosity and adventure with willingness to work away from home in a different country for extended periods.
