- Provide forward-looking insight into skills gaps and capacity risks to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Assist in managing short and medium-term resource assignments across current and pipeline projects.
- Spot allocation conflicts early between live engagements and forecasted work and work proactively to resolve them.
- Balance client demands with business priorities and team wellbeing.
Project Delivery Support
- Support Project Managers with project monitoring, updates, and documentation following PMO guidelines.
- Own smaller, resource coordinated projects where a PM is not required - gaining valuable project delivery experience.
- Identify smarter, more efficient ways of working across Resource Coordination and the wider PMO.
- Create project startup and handover collateral for Project Managers.
