In the Recon Ops team at Saxo, we are responsible for carrying out risk management, exceptions management, breaks investigations and breaks reporting. Exceptions reporting is done directly to the process owners/directors, we ensure that Saxo effectively manages and mitigates the risks associated with the breaks related to CA, trades and cash.

Responsibilities  

  • Daily Investigation and resolution of breaks for Equity, Bonds and Derivative trades.

  • To ensure all breaks are reconciled and investigated on the same day within SLA.

  • To identify and escalate if there is any risk associated with the break.

  • To be able to work independently after appropriate training has been provided.
     

Your profile

You would be responsible for managing daily Trade and Cash breaks across all products like Derivative, Equity and Bonds. Our reconciliation team ensures that all breaks are reconciled/Investigated and highlighted to concern department within the same day. You will support and liaise with your colleagues, Middle office, Settlement and CA teams.

Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:

  • Minimum experience required 1-2 years in Investment bank and capital market.

  • It will be an advantage if you have knowledge or hands-on experience within some of the following areas:

  • Derivative Reconciliation, Trade Life Cycle, Corporate Action, Settlement, Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point.
