We’re looking for an experienced individual with leadership, business analysis and workflow management experience to help modernize how we operate, with customer experience top of mind. You’ll join forces with other talented people to identify process efficiencies, recommend solutions and implement them.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide support to the business, investigating operational related problems and recommending and implementing solutions
Develop business requirements, assist in strategy development and support timely delivery
Research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes
Analyze data and work with management to develop creative solutions.
Coordinate recommended process changes and enhancements, including implementation
Support leadership with day-to-day workforce management, reporting and coaching of staff
Identify and recommend staff training needs in response to process and workflow changes
Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of bank product offerings and services
Knowledge of AI-driven tools and techniques, including their application in process optimization, data analysis, and decision support
Skilled in communication, storytelling, and delivering engaging presentations to senior leadership
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
Effective interviewing, facilitation and presentation skills
Demonstrated understanding of issues relevant to business unit.
Ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels

Salary range is expected to be between
