Job Summary
The Operations Analyst Manager will lead the analytics function within the operations department, driving data-driven decision-making processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role will be responsible for analyzing operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing strategies that support the organization’s goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of operational processes.
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze operational data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Company dashboard and score card management and an evolution to support the business and franchise partners in building more profitable and better operational businesses.
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
Develop and execute projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, adjusting as necessary.
Process Improvement:
Conduct root cause analysis to identify operational challenges and inefficiencies.
Utilize methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a key liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring proper communication and understanding of analytics initiatives.
Work closely with IT and data management teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Asset Protection:
Support FBMs in creating the framework and execution of Asset Protection Audits, with a focus on the coaching them around audit methodology, metrics/analytics and audit reporting.
Support FBMs in the set up and coordination of an Asset Protection report dashboard, enabling them to extract and interpret AP insights.
Support FBMs in the overall analysis of Asset Protection Data, in comparison with other operational metrics and analytics
Support FBMs in extracting conclusions and recommendations based on AP activity to relevant stakeholders
