Team / division overview

The Investment Operations Services (“Investment Operations”) is responsible for the oversight of operations and fund accounting for the traditional asset funds and mandates in Korea Liquid Business.

The Investment Operations ensures that appropriate processes are carried out to ensure that the operations and fund accounting of relevant products are effectively managed. Members of the Investment Operations serve as a primary point of contact for these matters and as a liaison between internal groups and external parties (Regulators and Service Providers).

Role Details

As our Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing daily trades and settlements for both domestic and overseas funds
  • Handling subscriptions and redemptions
  • Booking transactions and fund accounting for alternative funds
  • Submitting regulatory reports and regional reports in time
  • Conducting regular asset reconciliations with custodian
  • Monitoring daily NAV calculation process
  • Supporting Third Party Risk Management process
  • Responding to regular external governance audit and group audit

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years’ experiences in financial accounting/ fund accounting experience required, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience in asset management industry, sustainable investments, along with strong operations / accounting experience
  • Proactive attitude, commitment to continuous learning, willing to challenge the status quo to improve processes
  • Creative self-starter with strong initiative, ability to take ownership and work independently, as well as contribute to the broader global team
  • Ability to multi-task and be hands on in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proficiency in English and Korean
