CACI International is currently seeking a highly skilled and cleared Operations Analyst with in-depth knowledge and experience in operations analysis, program management, and stakeholder engagement to provide essential support to an Army Program Director at Fort Belvoir, VA. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your comprehensive expertise to tackle key tasks and high-impact assignments with independence and precision.

As a Cleared Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in program/project efforts, supporting organizational-level operations and facilitating seamless information flow between higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities may include leading or participating in initiatives that drive operational excellence, as well as managing the onboarding and offboarding of personnel.

Responsibilities:
            As Program Coordinator, participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
            Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.
            Manage taskers and staffing packets.
            Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications.
            Control, manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.);
            Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.).
            Archive Operations functional documents and information.
            Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences; and
            Plan and manage facility requirements.
            Depending on placement in organization, may be required to support special requirements.


Qualifications:

Required: 
            Active Secret Security Clearance
            Associate’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience
            Ability to use Microsoft applications to include SharePoint
            Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
            Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously


Desired:
            Bachelor's Degree
            >10 years of relevant experience
            Previous experience supporting an Army Product Manager office

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
