As an Operations Analyst, you act as a financial partner to the operations teams. You contribute to the analysis of financial results, monitor production performance, and support the optimization of the plant’s decision‑making processes.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial results (labour, manufacturing overhead, inventories, raw materials)

  • Contribute to the development of plant budgets, track hours worked, and analyze variances

  • Maintain and ensure the reliability of key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Support plant teams with their financial needs (project analyses, monthly reports, ad hoc requests)

  • Collaborate closely with the Controller on various financial and operational initiatives

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, including automation, optimization, and harmonization of financial tools

What we are looking for to deliver these results:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Accounting specialization

  • CPA designation (completed or in progress)

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment and/or cost accounting

  • Experience with an ERP system (SAP is a strong asset)

  • Strong advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced functions, Power Query is an asset)
