Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Readiness & Asset Manager to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Quality and Learning teams to embed service expectations, emotional luxury, and brand standards across all pre-opening processes.
Collaborate and coach the Learning and Development and Quality functions within properties to ensure operational capability and readiness is evident and demonstrated amongst colleagues of all levels.
Lead simulation programmes and guest journey testing to assess and refine service touchpoints.
OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Curate and compile, in collaboration with functional leads, the Operating Manual guidance and associated documentation to guide joining Executive Committee members in the Boutique Group operations model.
Collaborate closely with EPMO to ensure adherence to critical milestones and paths to operational readiness.
Act as an integrator across corporate and operational functions to ensure efficiency of processes, procedures, systems and operations.
Develop and execute pre-opening readiness strategies for Red Palace and future properties.
Establish and track cross-functional milestones to ensure operational alignment.
Chair regular alignment meetings and readiness reviews to maintain accountability.
Systemise workflows and eliminate redundancy to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure interdependencies between teams are mapped and synchronised.
FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE:
Align with Finance to manage pre-opening budgets, staffing plans, and forecasts.
Monitor expenditure and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Identify cost efficiencies without compromising readiness quality.
HEALTH, SAFETY AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE:
Ensure all pre-opening activities meet health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with relevant departments to embed compliance protocols into readiness plans.
Ensure Fire, Life, Health, Safety and Security protocols, training and compliance are evident throughout the pre-opening and operational phases of operations.
Lead operational risk assessments during simulations and opening planning.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
EDCUATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Finance or Economics or equivalent construction-related work experience, as well as 10+ years of experience in field is required. Experience in the construction of large projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred.
