2026 SUMMER Internship, Operational Excellence
We are looking for a self-starting individual to join the Operational Excellence team in their deployment of continuous improvement activities and change management. The successful graduate/undergraduate will be an analytical problem solver, while also possessing the necessary soft skills that enable success in this field.
Responsibilities include:
- Participate in cross-functional project teams within manufacturing, vehicle production and supporting operations
- Make improvement recommendations to management based on observation and analysis
- Assist in the creation of world class internal processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
- Interface daily with team members at varying levels within the organization to promote the alignment of processes and systems.
- Perform quality inspections in accordance with documented procedures to ensure production quality is meeting customer standards
- Develop and manage key metrics for measuring performance to a standard
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to acquire, assimilate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources using a variety of business intelligence and reporting tools.
