Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Salesforce Operational Excellence team. The Consumption & Pay-As-You-Go Operations Senior. Analyst will serve as the primary representative for AROPS across all areas related to consumption billing and pay-as-you-go (PAYG) models. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to triage and refine requirements, drive enablement and communications, and ensure high-quality execution of operational processes. The role will also lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for consumption and PAYG initiatives, ensuring Salesforce and downstream systems support accurate, scalable billing.

You will work within the Salesforce Operational Excellence team, collaborating with cross-functional partners in Product, Billing, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Operations to enhance our operational readiness and optimize end-to-end consumption processes.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Serve as the AROPS lead for all consumption billing, PAYG, telecom initiatives, representing operational needs and requirements.
  • Partner with business teams to triage requirements, clarify use cases, and provide operational perspective on proposed solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate UAT activities, including planning, test case development, execution, and issue tracking.
  • Develop and deliver enablement materials, including documentation, training, and communications for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with AROPS Strategic teams to improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and system reliability.
  • Identify operational gaps and partner with Product and data accuracy to drive enhancements.
  • Support launch readiness for new consumption/PAYG products, features, and pricing models.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for consumption and PAYG operations, ensuring alignment across systems and teams.
  • Advocate for customer experience in new buying motions
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong experience with consumption-based and pay-as-you-go billing models.
  • Background in telecom, cloud, or subscription-based industries.
  • Hands-on experience with UAT planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead operational initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce workflows, data structures, and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CPQ, billing platforms, or usage-rating systems.
  • 3-6 years of experience
