About the role:
This role is responsible for executing the tactical/operational purchasing tasks on the 1-3 months planning horizon in the division of Infusion Care. They have the overall responsibility to keep the availability at the committed service levels of raw materials at the factory in Osted, balancing the inventories, keeping these as low as possible.

Your key duties and responsibilities:

• Purchase order execution and management towards our external suppliers, to keep the right materials in the right quantity at the right time in the factory in Osted.
• Monitor and act upon exceptions of these materials in terms of unavailable, overdue POs and MRP alerts.
• Monitor and evaluate the planning settings of the materials.
• Manage the financial invoice discrepancies.
• Planning the stock transfer orders between the factory in Osted and the factory in Reynosa.
• Taking the lead on one’s own area – knowing on a detailed level the issue with materials, molds, issues regarding capacity constraints and other supplier specific challenges.
• Taking an active role in projects, regarding changes in variants or new variants, securing a close cooperation with SEG, MOLD, AL and T&I teams.
• Secure a sustainable and productive cooperation to the suppliers, including managing the forecast monthly.
• Secure a sustainable and productive relationship to all the other stake holders who are a part of your daily job.

• Ability to work with people/teams in a complex, changing environment, to deliver value-added results to the business.
• ERP knowledge - SAP knowledge
• Experience with purchasing, logistics and supply chain.
• High level of written and spoken English.

Qualifications/Education:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a logistic/supply chain department
• Can.Merc Supply Chain or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain.
• Demonstrable experience of SAP.

Travel Requirements:

• Position may involve travel up to 5% of the time, mostly within Europe/DK, but overseas travel could happen.

Working Conditions:

• It is expected that this role is in the office 5 days a week, and only are working from home, after agreement with manager, as we are supporting the production on site.
