JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）
应聘人员应具备下列基本条件：
1.大专及以上学历。
2.有较强的学习能力和人际交往能力，勤奋诚实可靠，努力工作以实现自己的理想。
3.对安全有较高的意识。
4.适合倒班工作。
5.电气工程及其自动化/机电一体化相关专业应届毕业生。或在电气运行/检修岗位上连续工作满一年的在职人员。
1.电气运行人员在日常工作中，需确保自身安全、他人安全。
2.电气运行人员需认真执行倒闸操作、设备停送电及设备绝缘摇测等相关工作。
3.电气运行人员需认真执行巡回检查工作，并做好各项记录，发现异常情况及时记录并汇报相关负责人。
4.电气运行人员协助维保人员做好日常预防性维护及检修工作。
5.电气运行人员在日常工作中，需落实好电气安全组织措施和电气安全技术措施。 6.电气运行人员需与上级变电所相关人员保持良好沟通和紧密合作
