What You Can Expect
At STRIVE, you are an expert when it comes to expanding our customer portfolio; you’ll constantly engage with prospective customers from various industries & sectors to fully grasp their climate needs and apply strategic thinking to tailor-made decarbonization solutions. By working strategically to offer clients STX’s sustainable solutions, you genuinely help them move forward towards a greener future and execute their decarbonization strategies. You will be part of an international, ambitious team that prioritizes effective communication, conducting daily check-ins and frequent visits to ensure seamless collaboration, and celebrating success as a team is important to us.

Potential Responsibilities Could Include:

  • Developing and nurturing client relationships through strategic outreach and in-person engagement, including cold-calling and market canvassing.
  • Identifying opportunities to drive market share growth and deliver tailored decarbonization solutions.
  • Structuring complex transactions and collaborating with internal teams to execute deals successfully.
  • Staying informed about changing regulations and leveraging this knowledge to guide client strategies.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A proven background ideally in the areas of sales, trading, finance, banking, business development or account management including exposure to/or experience in renewable energy or environmental commodities market.
  • A Master’s degree in one of the aforementioned relevant disciplines.
  • A commercial mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities early. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel and, if necessary, relocate to one of our regional hubs. Just let us know which of our offices you would like to join!
