Job Description
Do you enjoy delivering strong results in media planning and working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support the planning and execution of impactful media campaigns, with a focus on Out-of-Home (OOH) and other media channels.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to develop effective campaigns, build strong relationships, and continuously improve performance through data and insights.

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategic media campaigns across OOH and other channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage campaign implementation, ensuring smooth execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and suppliers.
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand client needs and translate them into effective media plans.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare clear, actionable reports.
- Stay up to date with media trends and identify new opportunities in the market.
- Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in media planning or a related role.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Interest in exploring and evaluating new media opportunities and aligning them with client objectives and budgets.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.
- Openness to giving and receiving feedback as part of a collaborative culture.

- Full-time permanent position based in Vilnius. Salary starting from 2500 EUR gross.
