The Opportunity  

You’ll provide on‑site IT support to our Auckland team and remote colleagues, ensuring a smooth and positive end‑user experience. This role focuses on resolving hardware, software, networking and telephony issues, while identifying opportunities to improve how we work.

Your new role  

  • Support the rollout and adoption of new IT services, systems and tools.

  • Maintain asset management to ensure hardware and software meet SLA requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and share best practices across the team.

  • Resolve incidents and service requests promptly to minimise disruption.

  • Document issues and resolutions clearly, sharing insights that enhance the user experience.

About you  

You’re a people‑focused problem solver who brings a positive, proactive approach to helping others. To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Effective time‑management and prioritisation skills, with a commitment to following through.

  • High attention to detail and a willingness to learn, ask questions and continue developing your capability.

  • Experience with Windows desktop support and basic network troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with Active Directory tasks such as user setup and access management.

  • Confidence troubleshooting Microsoft Teams and supporting users across collaboration tools.
