The anticipated salary range for this position is $16.50 - $24.26 hourly. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary Range 

  • $16.50 - $24.26 per hour.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Branch Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients, both in-person and over the phone. This role involves managing a high volume of calls on a multi-line system, troubleshooting inquiries, processing orders, verifying insurance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is comfortable handling multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience
  • Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns
  • Partner with the branch team to identify solutions and coordinate timely equipment delivery to meet patient needs
  • Work closely with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation, secure health plan authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines
  • Review new and existing patient accounts to help maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to needed equipment and care
  • Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding needs
  • Test equipment functionality as needed to ensure quality and readiness
  • Contribute to overall branch success by supporting additional responsibilities as assigned

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one-year of related work experience
  • English reading, writing, and speaking skills

Education and/or Experience

  • At least two years’ experience in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center
  • Experience utilizing multi-line phone-system.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. 

  • The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. 
  • Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision. 
  • Regularly required to use hands to write, use computer or handheld device (tablet), telephone and use a document imaging system and manipulate documents.
  • Regularly required to read documents and write neatly, legibly and transcribe accurate information and numbers/values.
  • Employee continually engages in activities that require talking and hearing.
  • This position requires frequent variations including sitting, walking, standing, kneeling, reaching or stooping.
  • Strength Aspects:
  • Occasionally required to stand, lift, push or pull objects ranging from 10 lbs - 40 lbs.
