Effectuer des opérations et des activités de services en mettant l'accent sur la sécurité et la conformité.
Assurer la manutention et la distribution des colis, solvants et consommables de laboratoires, et l’étiquetage des solvants selon nécessité
Assurer la propreté des locaux (solvants frais, laverie,…) du département
Assurer la prise en charge de la vaisselle aux points de collecte correspondant du laboratoire
Assurer le lavage automatique et manuel de la vaisselle du laboratoire.
Assurer la préparation des solutions de nettoyage des bacs à bouchons et pipettes dans les laveries
Assurer l’approvisionnement du lave-vaisselle en produits de nettoyage et la maintenance hebdomadaire.
Assurer le séchage de la vaisselle et le rangement de la vaisselle dans les armoires de laboratoire.
Assurer la vérification et le suivi des stocks de verrerie dans les laboratoires et demandes d’achat
Assurer la bonne gestion du log-book des équipements analytiques et de support (hotte, incubateurs, lave-vaisselle)…
Assurer le contrôle périodique annuel du lave-vaisselles (préparation riboflavine, calibration lampe U.V, compléter le cahier d’analyse, préparation des sondes de températures, …)
Assurer la préparation des solutions de nettoyage des bacs à bouchons et pipettes dans les laveries
Assurer et maintenir le 5S dans vos zones dédicacées.
Maintenir un taux de pourcentage maximum concernant votre plan de formation via Talent Share
En fonction de la charge et de l’organisation du travail, assurer les back-up d’autres services uniquement si la personne est formée pour.
Proposer des idées d'optimisation afin d'améliorer continuellement notre niveau de service.
Collecter et enregistrer en temps utile les indicateurs de performance liés à votre travail (KPI)
Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec vos clients, basées sur la confiance et l'intégrité.
