The Workforce Administrator plays a vital role in aligning staffing levels with operational needs.Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (required)
Proven experience in SAP (1–3 years preferred).
Computer literacy: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office , specifically Excel
Strong knowledge of Omnichannel

Key Responsibilities:
Update employee availability towork schedules to meet operational demands.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Kronos
Assist with employee biometric registration
Generate and distribute workforce analytics and reports for management.
Respond to employee inquiries related to scheduling, time-off, and Kronos policies Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and internal policies.
Creating purchase oreder numbers for external businesss partners (labour)
Assisting stores with kronos related queries
