You would be joining an experienced team of professionals from both within and external to Grosvenor who all bring extensive experience of delivery for this type of transformation programme.
Purpose of Role
The role of the OneStream Technical Manager will be to support the Finance Project Manager, Finance Centre Team and GPA Finance Team on all aspects of delivery and support activity to transition from Cognos Controller to OneStream for actuals reporting, group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
It is anticipated that the project will conclude post hypercare following the completion of the budgeting cycle in October / November 2026 for the FY 2027.
This role will focus on operational support for OneStream during the implementation and optimisation in the first year of operations through to the end of Quarter 1 in 2027 and will at that time be reviewed for extension and / or transition into ongoing operational support and optimisation on as part of the support solution.
The role reports into the FUSION Finance Project Manager on day-to-day activities, with line management being provided by the FUSION Project Director.
This is a critical role in supporting Grosvenor to provide:
OneStream knowledge and experience into the FUSION project team during implementation.
Hypercare and operational support to both GPUK Finance Centre and GPA (US) Finance Team. Design and delivery of optimisations post go-live (working alongside and liaising with Inlumi our implementation partner)) Testing support during cycles of UAT and to pre-test solutions prior to UAT Support for all preparatory work for the go-lives for Actuals Consolidation, Planning & Budgeting and Cash Flow.
Key Requirements
Attend OneStream status meetings providing input and advice to support the Finance Project Manager in their discussions with business stakeholders and implementation partner.
Support the completion of a workstream status report weekly for submission to the FUSION PMO, support engagement with the FUSION PM to discuss workstream status and attend the Programme Board.
Undertake functional testing of solution components delivered by the implementation partner prior to UAT conducted by the business.
Support business stakeholder queries during UAT and to co-locate with business users during UAT to provide live support
Operational technical support to business users post go-live during hypercare and to work with the GPUK Finance Centre Team and GPA teams on required optimisation as part of the overall support solution working alongside and with the Grosvenor Application Support team.
Provide input and support the development and creation of administration processes for the ongoing support and change management for the OneStream solution.
To liaise with Inlumi on project delivery, location, hypercare requirements and support to business users.

Technical Skills
Proven experience in end-to-end OneStream implementation, including integrations, data modelling, master data management, and advanced Cube View/Dashboard reporting.
Expertise in OneStream upgrade processes and lifecycle management.
Ability to scope, design, and deliver OneStream projects, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and partner coordination.
Strong understanding of Finance, Data, and Systems integration (preferred but not essential).
Proficiency in MDM analysis and ensuring system usability post-implementation.
Skilled in building and maintaining Cube Views and related structures.
Experience in delivering system enhancements, user training, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Solid accounting knowledge (preferred).
Demonstrated adaptability and capability to “fill gaps” in projects and assume varied roles as needed.
