Accountabilities:
Develop effective strategies and chart of accounts to increase sales performance to meet or exceed expectations, while working creatively within allocated budgets.
Effectively communicate the scientific and clinical benefits of our products to high-level researchers and clinicians.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and influencers by analyzing issues, looking at options, and finding innovative solutions, all with tenacity and all available resources.
Develop and organize effective speaker programs with physician advocates and key opinion leaders working with the broader sales, brand, and scientific affairs team.
Work in compliance with external regulations and internal policies, as well as training requirements.
Work collaboratively to disseminate improved practices and create learning opportunities and shared platforms.
Leverage data and insights to prioritize opportunities, identify trends, and inform territory actions.
