Role Summary
This role supports moderate complexity customer service and administrative activities for Human Resources, handling incoming inquiries and directing non-routine or complex questions to the appropriate HR specialists.
Core Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end onboarding tasks including documentation, background checks, and system/access setup.
Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Human Resources Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition to ensure Day‑1 readiness.
Conduct onboarding and orientation touchpoints and support a smooth new‑hire experience.
Process onboarding transactions accurately in HRIS and internal systems.
Track onboarding progress, follow up on pending actions, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain and update digital employee records in line with compliance standards.
Partner with third‑party vendors to meet onboarding timelines.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partner to address onboarding needs and escalations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during pre‑boarding and onboarding.
Address queries related to documentation, policies, systems access, and basic Human Resources support.
Identify gaps and recommend improvements to streamline onboarding workflows.
Support documentation updates, onboarding, and operational checklists.
Assist Human Resources Business Partner with data updates, HRIS tasks, and employee movement coordination.
Coordinate with payroll/finance for reimbursement setup or joining‑related requirements.
Participate in Human Resources projects, audits, and process enhancement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of experience in HR operations or general HR functions.
Bachelor’s degree (B.Com/ BBA/B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration.
Skills required: HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, employee records management, policy administration, HRIS systems, vendor coordination, employee relations, rewards program administration, and training support.
Location
This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard’s India office. Only qualified external applicants will be considered.
