Our Training & Development Manager will design and deliver our induction training, along with supporting on-going training requirements. This role is for someone who is adept at both training and coaching. The role requires the delivery of training material as well as the coaching and support of existing staff in a sales environment.
Please note that this is a Sales & Operations Training role.
Location: Ireland (blend of office and home working, but candidate must be able to commute to Dublin office regularly)
Salary: €39,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
