Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Omnichannel CRM Journey Manager to redefine how we engage customers across email, SMS, push notifications, social media, call centers, and rental locations—from booking to return and beyond.
You’ll drive the future of customer journeys, shaping strategy while collaborating with teams that bring it to life.
What You'll Do
Design personalized CRM journeys across channels using platforms like Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei, or Braze Intelligence
Map and optimize end-to-end journeys with smart triggers, AI logic, and testing frameworks
Balance CX with results, improving conversion, retention, NPS, and cost-to-serve
Collaborate across teams—including CRM, Operations, IT, and Marketing Science—working closely with our international team in Barcelona.
What You Bring
4–5 years experiencie in CRM/journey design (email, SMS, push, call centers)
Fluent English; Spanish is a nice-to-have.
Any other European language is a plus.
Experience with AI personalization tools (Einstein, Adobe, Pega, etc.)
Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Journey Builder or similar platforms.
Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset
Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with complexity
