Job Description: Omnichannel Content Manager

Position Summary

The Omnichannel Content Manager supports the Content Strategy Lead in translating brand and communication strategies into clear, executable omnichannel content across assigned brands. The role owns end‑to‑end content planning, execution, and readiness, ensuring timely, compliant, and high‑quality delivery across channels to enhance HCP experience and support brand objectives.

This is a senior individual contributor role, acting as the central brand SPOC across Marketing, Medical, Sales, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Marketing, Medical, Sales, Commercial Operations (ComOps), Legal, OC POD

Content Strategy & Design

  • Supports the Content Strategy Lead in defining and executing purposeful, HCP‑centric content strategies aligned to annual brand plans and master communication priorities.
  • Owns the annual ideation and creation of e‑Detail aids (eDAs) across assigned brands, including portfolio planning and end‑to‑end sign‑off through to go‑live.
  • Provides LOC‑specific guidance on content relevance, personalization, and format selection based on Indian HCP needs.
  • Leverages global and regional content for localization, reuse, and optimization.
  • Supports content governance guidelines for design, tone, style, and voice in alignment with Marketing, Medical, and Compliance.

Content Development & Omnichannel Execution

  • Executes day‑to‑day brand content across omnichannel touchpoints including EDAs, LBLs, RCS, WhatsApp, mass and Veeva mailers, webinars, DNP assets, AR/VR, and other digital or physical assets.
  • Ensures assets are customized by specialty, SKU, persona, and format.
  • Ensures precise channel‑specific execution including chatbots, dashboards, registration pages, and eDA builds.
  • Manages multiple brands and parallel workstreams balancing BAU and launch priorities.

Agency, Vendor & Cross‑Functional Management

  • Serves as the central SPOC for agencies and vendors.
  • Owns briefs, feedback cycles, approvals, and ATC‑driven go‑live delivery.
  • Coordinates scientific, creative, and development partners to drive innovation aligned to brand intent.
  • Coordinates operational enablers such as estimates and POs to keep execution unblocked.

Content Readiness, Quality & Compliance

  • Manages end‑to‑end content readiness including QC, references, citations, image NOCs, dashboards, and final PDFs.
  • Ensures adherence to GSK Code, ABPI Code, and Content Lab / MLR processes.
  • Flags gaps or missing inputs early to prevent delays.

Project Management & Business Support

  • Owns timelines and agency follow‑ups to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develops project plans, tracks milestones, and escalates risks proactively.
  • Supports critical short‑turnaround and on‑ground business requirements.

Content Analytics & Optimisation

  • Supports content performance analysis and optimization across channels.
  • Translates insights into actionable recommendations for improved effectiveness.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in content management or marketing communications.
