The Collaboration Effective Manager will lead and optimise collaborative practices across the OMNIA consortium and with the British Army, ensuring effective integration, communication, and alignment of objectives to deliver transformational collective training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration Leadership:

  • Facilitate joint planning, decision-making, and problem-solving sessions to ensure alignment with CTTP objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a key liaison between OMNIA and Army leadership, ensuring transparent communication and mutual understanding.
  • Build trusted relationships across military and industry teams to foster a culture of shared ownership and continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Define and track collaboration KPIs, including communication effectiveness, decision-making speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to programme leadership and Army stakeholders on collaboration health and areas for improvement.

  • Identify and implement digital collaboration tools and platforms.
  • Standardise processes for knowledge sharing, feedback loops, and conflict resolution.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Training or certification in collaboration frameworks
  • Background in organisational psychology or systems thinking.

Who we are looking for:

We’re after individuals who want to serve. You’ll have a mission focus, and the enthusiasm and drive to ‘get things done’.  You’ll want to work in collaboration with other defence training organisations, and the British Army. You won’t let bureaucracy get in the way of what needs to be done, you’ll learn lessons and share these lessons across the team. You won’t necessarily have a military background, but you’ll understand what it means to serve and to put the mission first.

What we offer:

  • Be Part of a Groundbreaking Mission
Join the UK’s most advanced defence training alliance, where industry experts converge to push boundaries and deliver excellence.
