Job Description:
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and coordinate ER Hub delivery against agreed SLA
- Ensure cases and queries are handled promptly, consistently and commercially
- Oversee service quality including call listening, SLAs, feedback and system usage
- Lead on effective use of the case management tool and audit processes
- Use ER and MI data to identify trends and recommend actions
- Influence stakeholders and shape HR policies, processes and governance
- Support the implementation of the ER operating model
- Lead ER Hub initiatives and improvement projects
- Manage escalated ER issues including Speak Ups and ET cases
- Enhance customer experience through consistent, simplified ER processes
- Contribute to developing manager capability across the business
Essential Skills & Experience
- CIPD‑qualified with strong, solid, senior, demonstrable ER experience
- Previous line management experience
- Experience of autonomously and pragmatically managing complex cases up to and including tribunals.
- Experience of working with Trade Unions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Resilient and calm under pressure
- Confident decision‑maker with the ability to provide objective challenge
- Experience reporting and interpreting ER MI and governance data
- Project management experience
