Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all payment requisition at system i.e. ME & IE and follow up with Finance Dept.
- Facilitate daily payment approval at system and monitor the process.
- Handle payment cheque requisition e.g. cheque reissuance, urgent cheque issue, etc. and non-standard payment requisition e.g. TT, non-crossed cheque
- Provide guidance to Assistant Officer on complex cases
- Warehouse document management
- Take part in departmental / company projects where necessary. e.g. operation meeting with Finance Dept
- Coordinate with relevant functions/ departments/ other parties in response to the enquiries, request and concerns
- Assist manager on monitoring the overall admin team performance and quality, and engage in execution of new initiatives
- Typing (including counter‑offer and rescind letters)
- Create and maintain hospital and doctor codes in the system.
- Follow up for WOR audit email
- Manage standard Life Assurance (LA) enquiries from agents via telephone
- Perform telephone follow‑ups with both agents and clients for survey
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years claims experience in individual life insurance.
- Effective communication in English and Cantonese.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing
- A good team player who is eager to learn and strive for improvement
- Attention to details with high accuracy rate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
