The College of Dentistry at The Ohio State University is seeking applications for an Office Service Coordinator. The Office Service Coordinator provides clerical, administrative, and research support to the Division of Periodontology within the College of Dentistry.

This role supports academic, clinical, and research programs by coordinating office services, assisting faculty and principal investigators (PIs), and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The position combines administrative office services with clinical research coordination, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Required Qualifications:

Administrative support experience in an academic and/or clinical environment, experience in a clinical research environment, and library and internet research experience desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's of Science degree

  • Experience with editing manuscripts for publication.

Pay Range: $15.86 - $20.74 (based on experience and education)
