What You’ll Do
The Physical Therapy Office Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the clinic’s non-clinical operations. This role ensures the practice remains financially viable, compliant, and patient-focused by managing the full lifecycle of the revenue cycle, supervising administrative staff, and maintaining the facility’s operational rhythm. Serves as the primary liaison between the clinical staff, patients, insurance carriers, and vendors.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years in medical office management, specifically within an outpatient or specialty rehab setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Deep understanding of Medicare Part B regulations, Worker’s Compensation, and Personal Injury/Lien cases.
