QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree in related field required. An equivalent amount of education and experience may be substituted.
Minimum five years administrative support experience for mid-level management required.
Strong computer skills to include Office 365.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and adjust accordingly.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Administrative:
Filing, digitizing and organizing documents
Create and maintain compliance of Background check and Child Safety training for all Adult Employees and Volunteers
Create 4 payroll reports to be submitted to PwC every payroll processing
Submit CalSaver payment
Donation data clean-up, data entry and reporting as needed
Create and mail donation acknowledgement letters
Occasionally assist with filming social media content
Human Resources:
Management of employee files
Assist in onboarding new employees
Prepare swag bags for new employees
Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
