Performs administrative support, to include reporting, data entry, correspondence, onboarding employees, payroll reports, event support and correspondence. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates degree in related field required.  An equivalent amount of education and experience may be substituted.

  • Minimum five years administrative support experience for mid-level management required.

  • Strong computer skills to include Office 365.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adjust accordingly.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Administrative:

  • Filing, digitizing and organizing documents

  • Create and maintain compliance of Background check and Child Safety training for all Adult Employees and Volunteers

  • Create 4 payroll reports to be submitted to PwC every payroll processing

  • Submit CalSaver payment

  • Donation data clean-up, data entry and reporting as needed

  • Create and mail donation acknowledgement letters

  • Occasionally assist with filming social media content

 

Human Resources:

  • Management of employee files

  • Assist in onboarding new employees

  • Prepare swag bags for new employees

Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
