The Peter Guo-hua Fu School of Architecture is seeking a highly organized Office Assistant to support general administrative operations, with a particular focus on assisting students in producing successful portfolios.
Responsibilities:
Assists with events such as meetings and training sessions, and event setup.
Provides technical support for computer equipment and programs
Assist Students with producing a successful Portfolio, with Feedback on the portfolios.
Provides technical support for computer equipment and programs.
Guide students on masters and internship applications within the field of Architecture.
Organize events such as portfolio workshop, to guide students on the development of a professional portfolio, inviting different perspectives from other masters students or professionalism in the field.
Performs specific editing and reviewing of documents
Send weekly summaries of their work to the ASA VP Academic
