Sales Representative (Off-Trade)
Employer: Pernod Ricard Hungary Kft.
Location: Hungary – field-based position
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, with flexible scheduling. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Position Objective
To increase the sales of Pernod Ricard Hungary Kft. brands at hospitality venues (Off-Trade) and at wholesale units serving these establishments. To implement brand-building marketing activities, ensure visibility of key brands, and monitor competitor activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales with existing and new partners
- Continuously expand the existing partner base
- Identify new business opportunities in the Horeca sector
- Develop customized offers for partners, prepare and follow up on proposals
- Independently manage partner relationships: track customer needs, handle complaints, expand product portfolio
- Improve availability and sales of our brands at partner locations
- Organize marketing activities and educational programs
- Conduct tasting events
- Maintain accurate administration and records
- Monitor and report on competitor activities
Requirements
- Fluent in Hungarian
- Minimum secondary education
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a persuasive style
- Ability to work independently
- Mindset of managing the territory as a responsible owner
- Openness to continuous learning
- Valid category B driving license and confident driving skills
