We are now looking for a Deputy General Manager Product Marketing, to join Nissan in Saudi Arabia.
Mission & Main Objectives:
- Build effective lifecycle for respective products, with short, mid & long term strategy
- Coordinate with AMIEO functions and key NMEF stakeholders on product updates, events & Strategy.
- Product milestone management respecting the program schedule and DOA for validation
- Explore sales and profit potential for respective products and markets on scope
- Set strategic pricing benchmark and secure correct price positioning vs benchmark
- Guarantee correct use of tactical incentives on respective models by evaluating and validating tactical commercial actions
- Lead internal stakeholders and NSCs on launch plans and product positioning/mission
- Lead on the performance management for the respective models, and drive the product performance CFTs
- Support on the company BP & MTP settings to secure sustainable business growth
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Be the Guardian of respective car-line by leading stakeholders in securing KPIs achievements in terms of sales performance, profitability and Brand mission/positioning
- Sustain and grow profitability in NKSA markets for respective products, by leveraging and optimizing pricing and grade/channel mix
- Liaise with regional functions to guarantee key milestones, in terms of product events/lifecycle, pricing and ordering process
- Coordinate and align NSCs on key KPIs and Product mission
- Close alignment with AMIEO planning functions to ensure that required products are secured at the Advance Product Planning phase over mid-long term milestones.
- Close alignment with Nissan AMIEO functions to reflect the core Product requirements (Grade walk, other INT/EXT specifications, Market requests) of the markets based on robust evidence and evolution of the respective segments
- Liaise with Marketing Communications, Customer experience and PR to secure Brand messages and specific Product mission are delivered as per agreed strategy and targets
- Lead on New Product line up Expansion
What we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required,
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in automotive distribution, with relevant Product and/or Sales experience in KSA preferred.
- Skills: Project management, Sales & Product Marketing, Customer & Competition Analysis, Product Marketing Strategy Plans
- Languages: English (required), Arabic (preferred).
- Technical: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI
- Driver’s License: Required.
