JOB TITLE: OEM Wholesale Manager - Transport
LOCATION: Manchester, London, Birmingham, Bristol, Chester, Newport
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days per week) in one of our office hubs mentioned above.

We have an exciting opportunity driven by continued growth with our OEM Partners, supporting the Wholesale lending portfolio across our OEM Retailer network.
Through our Black Horse and Lex Autolease brands, we play a crucial role in the UK’s transition to Net Zero, enabling consumers and businesses to finance and lease electric vehicles through our channels and intermediaries.

You'll be responsible for
Supporting and enhancing a controlled, sustainable platform ensuring Wholesale Risk is fully adhered to.
Full ownership of the Wholesale portfolio across a network of OEM Retailers.
Contributing to the development and implementation of the OEM sales strategy for growth and profitability.
Managing key Wholesale performance indicators through regular analysis and performance updates.
Building strong, credible relationships with key stakeholders across the Transport business.
Coaching and developing field teams, ensuring a risk culture is fully evident
Working with external suppliers to deliver the right systems and controls
Essential Skills
Experience in reviewing and creating relevant, coherent and effective reports
Strong risk management skills, including identifying, assessing, prioritising and managing risks
Strong analytical capability — able to interpret MI, understand portfolio trends, and make data‑based decisions.
Experience completing financial appraisals, credit pack applications, annual reviews and portfolio analysis
Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and professionally to different audiences, working collaboratively across multiple channels
Situational adaptability, able to adjust approach and demeanour to match shifting demands
Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at senior levels
Any experience of these would be useful
Credit-writing experience and financial accounting knowledge
Working knowledge of the automotive sector
Experience managing Wholesale lending portfolios
Experience supporting business transformation and change initiatives
