Liquid Personnel is recruiting a full-time Occupational Therapist locum to support a targeted waiting list reduction project in Oxfordshire - paying £36.36 per hour.

Office Base: Headington, Oxfordshire
Hybrid Working: Some WFH available
Hours: 37 per week
Requirement: Must be able to travel into Oxford City for resident assessments

The Role
This is a focused, proactive piece of work designed to directly tackle the OT waiting list across Oxford City.

You will be:

  • Visiting residents within the Oxford City area
  • Completing timely assessments
  • Supporting targeted waiting list reduction
  • Working efficiently and autonomously

This role would suit an experienced OT who enjoys clear objectives and delivering measurable results.

What We’re Looking For

  • HCPC-Registered Occupational Therapist
  • Community experience preferred
  • Confident working independently
  • Able to travel into Oxford for face-to-face assessments
  • Motivated to deliver outcomes within a defined timeframe
