Liquid Personnel is recruiting a full-time Occupational Therapist locum to support a targeted waiting list reduction project in Oxfordshire - paying £36.36 per hour.
Office Base: Headington, Oxfordshire
Hybrid Working: Some WFH available
Hours: 37 per week
Requirement: Must be able to travel into Oxford City for resident assessments
The Role
This is a focused, proactive piece of work designed to directly tackle the OT waiting list across Oxford City.
You will be:
- Visiting residents within the Oxford City area
- Completing timely assessments
- Supporting targeted waiting list reduction
- Working efficiently and autonomously
This role would suit an experienced OT who enjoys clear objectives and delivering measurable results.
What We’re Looking For
- HCPC-Registered Occupational Therapist
- Community experience preferred
- Confident working independently
- Able to travel into Oxford for face-to-face assessments
- Motivated to deliver outcomes within a defined timeframe
