Occupational Therapist – Community Services

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

• Undertake complex functional assessments (all ages)
• Manage, monitor and review care plans
• Recommend and arrange specialist equipment and adaptations
• Advise and facilitate major adaptations alongside Housing and Environmental Health
• Chair safeguarding processes and strategy meetings where required
• Provide practice supervision to students and support OT Assistants
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

• HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist
• Strong experience in adult social care
• Knowledge of safeguarding, Care Act and housing legislation
