Join our Dynamic team in Kingswood:  

At Kingswood you will join a highly innovative, experienced, supportive, and social team of 18 including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and a Receptionist. We also have our incredible client engagement team allowing therapists to focus on the important intervention they provide to clients each day.  

 

Your caseload at Kingswood will include a high number of paediatric clients, approximately 50% of clients aged 0-6 and 25% aged 7-14. Each caseload is varied and ranges in complexity and can include goal direct intervention, equipment and AT prescription, delivery and review, as well as community liaison and connection.  

 

Therapists work and provide intervention on and offsite, with some client homes, schools, and community appointments; however, most appointments occur on the Kingswood site in our therapy and group rooms. We also operate an organisation funded baby clinic to support children under 2 at risk of Cerebral Palsy. 

 

The team is supported to develop, facilitate and engage in intensives, groups, and programs that support client and therapist interest and need. The team is incredibly experienced in their disciplines and are continually finding ways to develop and to best meet the needs of the clients and region.  

Each therapist is supported by a clinical educator and manager and has an opportunity to explore a caseload filled with their interests and passions to further develop their knowledge, practice and career.

  • Salary: clinical salaries are graded with an approximate range of $80-140k incl super including tax free packaging; for more information, please discuss with our recruitment team.

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy 

  • Evidence of current AHPRA registration. 

  • A current driver's license and your own vehicle
