The Job:

As an Occupational Health Doctor, you’ll be part of our EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:

· Provide medical–surgical care to all associates, including routine monitoring of pregnant employees, hypertensive and diabetic patients, and lactation period follow-up.

· Manage medical equipment and medication expenses.

· Conduct medical entry evaluations and periodic examinations for associates and occupationally exposed personnel.

· Participate in workplace incident investigations, ergonomic assessments, and prevention programs for occupational diseases.

· Oversee IMSS disability case follow-up and coordination.

· Ensure compliance with Occupational Health requirements under ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

· Supervise internal and external nursing and medical personnel, as well as the cafeteria provider regarding hygiene and health.

· Lead the First Aid Brigade and coordinate emergency response training.

· Evaluate new health service providers and coordinate medical campaigns.

· Support voluntary government self-assessment programs in EHS and assist during legal, ISO, and internal audits related to Occupational Health.

The Person:

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation, you embrace it. You also have:

· Professional degree as Medical Surgeon with a specialization in Occupational Health and Ergonomics.

· Diploma in Industrial Hygiene (certification as Industrial Hygienist desirable) and diploma in Food Hygiene.

· Proven experience in ergonomics and ergonomic improvement projects.

· Knowledge of OSHA incident classification, Industrial Hygiene, and Occupational Health standards.

· 10+ years of experience in industrial environments, preferably in companies with 2,000+ employees.

· Internal Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with strong understanding of legal EHS compliance.
