Job Description
Mission:
- In charge of the development of vehicle NVH performance.
- Organize the performance integration team to conduct the development activities and tasks on NEV NVH performance/attributes: NVH targets setting, engineering enablers, CAE analysis, engineering solutions development and integration and performance validation.
- Establish NVH technical specifications and design criteria to drive sub-system requirements to meet NVH performance.
- Responsible for the definition, tracking, technical convergence and confirmation of the vehicle NVH issues and develop the solutions to ensure the quality, costs, and time consistency with project target.
- Responsible for the vehicle NVH test and validation and buy-off the final NVH performance.
- Evaluate technical development trends. Lead and develop the capability of the team for a sustainable competitive advantage.
Qualifications requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- At least 10 years’ experience in a similar or related field
- Rich experiences in NEV projects, in global projects preferred
- Fluent English as the working language
- Being proactive, solution driven, forward thinking, good communication skills and teamwork
